Holly initially became a CNA many years ago and loved working in the field. Soon she realized that she wanted to further her education in healthcare, so she went back to school and received her LPN license.
While working at long-term care facilities as a CNA and a nurse, she witnessed the frustration and difficulties that facilities face daily. She knew she could be an effective and integral part of assisting healthcare providers.
Establishing Our Company
She wanted to contribute and do her part in assisting administrators, directors of nursing, and others that work in administrative roles. To create a simpler and stress-free environment for these facilities, she established Specialized Medical Staffing, INC.
Initially, she focused on serving clients in the Chippewa Valley area, where she resides with her four children. She realized that there was a great need in other places within the state and expanded her company to cover all regions.
Understanding the Nurse’s Struggle
What others may not realize is that even though she is a business owner, Holly can still identify with CNAs and nurses on a personal level. She sees what they encounter, the challenges they may face, and how difficult some days can be as she lived it too.
However, she also identifies with the positive rewards that come with our staff’s chosen careers. While being a business owner has its challenges, with the help of a loyal and committed team, we can rise above any challenges.
